Grimwood Infra Red Radiant Heaters offer the ideal solution to all applications where radiant heat is required. These infrared industrial radiant heaters are constructed using a heavy duty extruded aluminium frame, stainless steel reflector, reliable tubular sheathed elements and high temperature wiring and terminal connections.

COMFORT HEATING

Grimwood Radiant Heaters are ideal for locations where infrared heating is most appropriate such as schools, factories, hospitals, churches, shopping centres, public halls and restaurants. They can be mounted on walls using our optional mounting hinges, or from the ceiling either flush mounted or suspended by chain to allow the heat to be directed exactly where it is required.

PROCESS HEATING

Grimwood Radiant Heaters can also be mounted in rows or banks, tunnel or oven section configurations to achieve concentrated heat in many heat process applications, such as drying paint or fruit, heating plastic materials for forming, heat curing or melting glues.

RADIANT HEATERS - SINGLE AND DUAL ELEMENT TYPES

Grimwood offers a full range of heavy duty radiant heaters incorporating 11mm diameter alloy sheathed elements. Single ended connection to ceramic terminal blocks is incorporated in all models. All units are suitable for fixed wiring. Applications include: Comfort heating in public, commercial or industrial premises; drying, pre-heating and many other commercial or industrial uses.

WALL MOUNTED COMMERCIAL HEATER

Special Application: This unit is designed for commercial/industrial comfort heating in schools, factories, hospitals, churches, shops and public halls/gymnasiums, and incorporates a black heat element so that the sheath cannot ignite particles in the air such as sawdust or lint. This feature ensures a high degree of personal safety.

REPLACEMENT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Replacement element kits are supplied with elements crimped to the stainless steel earthing shield for securing to the extruded body. For twin element models, both elements are replaced at once, not singly.
