Radiant Hotplates

Produced from High Nickel Alloy in a wide range of fittings, sheath sizes and configurations . Imperial and metric diameters available for domestic ranges or portable cooktop applications.

Tubular Elements

Our dedicated flow-lines are equipped to produce almost any shape, size or configuration. Applications include oven, grill, microwave, fan forced, single or twin circuit - typically for domestic and portable cooking appliances, clothes dryers and comfort heating.

Domestic Immersion

These elements are produced in a variety of sheath materials, including copper and high nickel alloys, with plated (tin or nickel) or unplated finishes and variable power density to suit different water conditions. All elements are hermetically sealed. Application include hot water systems, dishwashers and washing machines.

Industrial Immersion

A full range of standard products is available for varying wattages, power densities and voltages to cover almost all applications such as:

Industrial - Radiant Ceramics

A large stock of high quality ceramic infra-red elements,controls and fittings is available to provide a high degree of radiant efficiency for a variety of jobs. They are ideal for use in heating material for forming, paint drying, glue melting and other heat cure products.

Air Heaters

Finned and unfinned air heaters are available ex stock or produced to order for applications such as air conditioning duct heaters and process heating in ovens. Stainless steel finned elements reduce corrosion and eliminate smoking during initial energising. These are supplied in straight, U, double U or triple U configuration. Unfinned elements are nickel alloy sheathed. All air heaters are hermetically sealed.

Small Appliances

A complete range of heating elements is produced for frypans, kettles, urns, rice cookers etc. using mild steel, copper, aluminium or stainless steel sheath materials. Kettle elements in either butterfly or circular form are available from standard tooling, to accept a variety of control systems.

Refrigeration Defrost

These elements have connection leads and are hermetically sealed with a proven epoxy / polyolefin junction. Production covers domestic refrigeration as well as a range of applications in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration

We design and produce all types, at a quality level for continuous operation. - eg baking and pizza ovens, steamers, bain - maries, fryers, rotisseries, grillers, stock pots, toasters and large hotplates...
